David A. Large concentrates his practice in the areas of estate and business succession planning, distressed business and asset representation, bankruptcy, real estate acquisitions and leases, general corporate and business transaction, and lender representation. David also has a background in real property title insurance. The litigation portion of David’s practice is concentrated mainly in the areas of trust and last will disputes, commercial litigation, banking litigation, bankruptcy litigation, contract disputes and landlord/tenant disputes.

David earned his law degree from St. Louis University School of Law in May of 2019 with a focus primarily on civil litigation. While in law school, David worked at the St. Louis University Law Clinic as a Supreme Court Rule 13 certified student which enabled him to represent clients while in law school. At the clinic, David worked on multiple class action lawsuits on behalf of foster children in the State of Missouri as well as members of the blind community throughout the State of Missouri. David also was a member of the St. Louis University School of Law Competition Mock Trial Team where he competed in multiple trial competitions in Missouri and elsewhere.
